I use this resource for students completing the EDSQ Essential Digital Skills Qualification.
ICT/IT tutors or learning support assistants can write a witness statement to provide evidence for students portfolios, when students have demonstrated practical ICT/IT skills for their EDSQ course.

SEN Computing IT ICT - EHCP Goal Set Up Sheet
This is a resource I use for students who require IT, ICT or EDSQ (Essential Digital Skills Qualification) sessions.
At the beginning of the year, the students state what their IT/ICT EHCP goal is and how they will achieve it in sessions.
This goal is then reviewed again half way through the year and again at the end of the year to measure progress and achievement.

This is a resource I use for students who are completing IT, ICT or EDSQ (Essential Digital Skills Qualification) sessions.
At the beginning of the year, the students state what their IT/ICT EHCP goal is and how they will achieve it in sessions.
This resource is then used to review progress and achievement half way through the year and again at the end of the year.
